I had dealt with this company before for a starter on another one of my vehicles. That turned out to be a great experience as I am still using the starter trouble-free and they had it to me in two days! So I figured when I needed an alternator this would be the place I tried. Unfortunately though the first alternator they sent me was a bit of a dud - it did output voltage but emitted an awful grinding noise when turning. I had to return it which wasn't any problem other then it had to be shipped back on my dime. (DB will NOT pay for shipping on items needing return for any reason) I did however receive the replacement within two days again and this time the unit did not emit any odd noises and outputs voltage right on spec. Any changes to this review would be a direct result of the units reliability.
