This unit was very easy to install. Take a few minutes to read the directions and sort out the screws, nuts and washers. If you have removed the factory system, installed an aftermarket double DIN head unit, and removed the metal brace from the firewall you will have to get some plastic plugs like the ones in license plate screw sets to secure the rear screws for the base installation. If you cut plastic from the dash to install your double DIN head unit, I&#8217;m not sure how you will secure the base. Recommend having an Allen wrench set and a �R21; drive socket set to speed up installation because there are self-locking nuts included.
