Tbags Saddle Roll with Lining for Route 66 TBU650 Review

This bag is replacing a day bag from a set I had from Harley Davidson. I had used it so much it was getting wore out.

The nice part about this bag is that structurally I don't think it will collapse like my old one and also it already has a waterproof liner in it. So if you put your gear in there correctly, it should stay dry.

The downside is that if you use this with the Route 66 Tbag luggage, it sits on top of it and doesn't actually connect to the bag itself at all. Instead, they have provided a mesh band-aid sort of looking attachment that snaps on on the Route 66 bag and then encompasses totally the day bag and snaps back onto the Rote 66 bag again.
I found this very nerve wracking on the highway, even knowing that I had tightened those straps fully. Every time I stop I feel that I am unhooking it and readjusting the day bag so it seems to be level.
