I bought this product and i have received on time.
It came with broken box and oily and all dirty.
opened the package, it was not as described at all, not color, just steel ugly color, no paint or no glossy, and also no BOLTS!!!!
I would give 4 stars for this item even with wrong specs, but i have contacted the customer service, telling all above, and their reply was simply .... "Sorry for that"
