1995-2006 FORD/LINCOLN/MERCURY VEHICLES TO AUXILIARY AUDIO INPUT.PIE FRDR-AUX Auxiliary Input for Select Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Radios Review
This thing is AWESOME. I'm using it to hook up my iPod to the car's stereo system. Took literally 15 minutes to install in my 1999 Taurus (with MACH stereo) and it sounds great! The only 'hard' part is trying to hide the cable that you have to run from the trunk to the cabin of the car (which isn't included - you have to buy your own.. I'm running it under the back seat, inside the rear door trim, under the front seat, to the console in between the seats.)NOTE - CRUTCHFIELD SAYS: "Factory radio must have one preset button labeled "COMP" and another preset button labeled 'SHUFFLE'."
I didn't have either one of those buttons - but it still worked. You just hit the 'CD' button and it will switch over.
