2002-2010 FORD EXPLORER LH REAR (DRIVER SIDE) POWER WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLY Review

The tiny plastic piece that is a part of this assembly broke on our 2002 Ford Explorer's rear driver-side door a couple of years ago. Finally we bought this part, the entire assembly for one tiny plastic piece (which sucks but that's Ford's doing), and spent an afternoon installing it. Aside from having to use a moto-tool to obliterate the rivet holding the old assembly on to the window, it wasn't hard, just had to replace said rivet with a screw/nut/lock washer and some lock tight. Videos on YouTube helped. The part has now been installed about a week and is working great!! The part arrived in a box with no packing material, but that did not seem to disturb the part or allow it to get broken in transit. It also arrived quicker than shipping was quoted, so that was nice, too. All in all, a good deal.
