Doesn't require moving or drilling anything on the Grand Vitara.
You don't even need to jack up the car.
Just unbolt the tow hooks and then just bolt in the receiver with the 6 bolts supplied.
The shape is a close fit and requires some jiggling to get all six bolts
in loosely by hand so you don't strip any of the threads before tightening.
Would be easier to fit if the bolt hole in the hitch were a little larger.

Does the job.

BTW the OEM Suzuki wiring harness is available for $45 on the web if you shop around.
That just plugs into the rear lights so you don't need to splice wires.
