I'm new to biking and not super thrilled about riding when its chilly out -- definitely not going if it's cold -- so I order some chaps.
Never even having tried a pair on before in my life I had no clue what size to order. Lots of people swear by measuring the largest part of your thigh with jean on. That probably does work, for men, but sorry, that's just a measurement I'm not interested in knowing!

I'm usually a size 6 in jeans, pretty sturdy build though so I don't have skinny legs, and about 5'4" tall. The medium size in these chaps fit perfectly over my straight leg Calvin Klein and also over my boot cut Lucky brand jeans. I almost always wear boots with at least 3" heels so I slipped them on, trimmed to size and hit the road.

My man thinks they look HOT. My friends are jealous because these are the chaps that make you look hot, not fat and now they want some too.

I couldn't be happier. Next I'm looking for a warmer jacket and will definitely consider Hot Leathers.
