Hi this arrived fast, worked as stated BUT first time it rained
thing shorted out (water was visible in the light tubes) and is
no longer working!!

IT IS NOT WATERPROOF!! I would recommend hot gluing over
the areas they have shrink wrapped for supposed waterproofing.
Not sure if this says waterproof or outdoor use, but do not
use it out doors until you sufficiently waterproofed it!!!
