The jacket jacket came out of the box very stiff, but that's to be expected with an un-broken leather jacket. I ordered a large (6'0, waist is 33in, 185lbs..) The jacket it good in the shoulders and arms, but the waist was more for a 40in. The jacket also has a quilted liner that is removable, but the liner bunches up in the arms and it makes it hard to put on.
