GlowShift's Tinted 7 Color Series 2400 Degree Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge is essential for any gas powered vehicle that has a stock or aftermarket turbo or supercharger, and allows you to closely monitor your engine temperature making sure it is not running to hot which result in catastrophic engine failure. This exhaust temperature gauge reads from 0 to 2400 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a type K thermocouple that features 6 feet of steel braided cable and 1/8th NPT threads, allowing you to install the probe directly into your exhaust manifold or exhaust pipe.

Gauge Features

The instructions that came with it was only good for wiring the gauge ,so i went to some forums on the internet to learn how to install the probe. i found out the best place is the driver side manifold the drilling and tapping is easier than i thought. The wiring took longer than the drilling and tapping part. The probe came with about maybe almost 10 ft of wire with heat shrink already on it that made it nice. i have a trans temp gauge for about a year and it still works but i just now found out how to change the color. Since i didnt hook up the yellow wire correctly the gauge only came on dim red.

Bosch AL8782N New Alternator Review

Alternator is indeed new and from Bosch. I installed it today and it seems to work as it should although it made a horrible rattle on the first start-up after installation. Belts were lined up and all tools removed so I have no idea what the sound was. Shipping was SuperSaver so it took the FULL time to get here. Item shipped from Arizona so don't expect a quick ship if you're on the east coast.

PACKAGING was terrible! Alternator was rolling around in it's own box while sliding around in the Amazon box. The rear plastic shell was broken but I've waited 9 days and this truck has to get back on the road. There was no support for the part and no support for the parts box inside the Amazon box. Seems to be a fair deal but it's a risky ship to say the least.

Comes with a mail-in for 24 months roadside assistance due to a Bosch part failure. It has to be sent within 7 days of purchase and it's been 9 just to get it. I'll try anyway and see how it goes!

Part seems to be a 5 star but FedEx may break off 2 or 3 before you get it!

TYC 2-13719 Mazda Protege Replacement Alternator Review

Having to buy this for my discontinued Protege MP3, it was by far the cheapest of new products out there. I am forever grateful to find such a steal of relatively pricey replacement part for a vehicle even if it meant waiting for the mail carrier to deliver it. The previous alternator was so bad it caused my battery to die from it being covered in oil and not tightly screwed down. The switch-out process took 2 1/2 hours in my drive-way doing it all by myself. But now my entire car runs better, quieter and caused my headlights to be the brightness they should be. The Edsal WC1 tool cabinet is a steel cabinet with a tool rack and parts trays built into the doors, and pegboard in the center for the storage of tools, hardware, and supplies. The cabinet can be mounted to a wall or placed on a bench and it includes twelve pegboard hooks. It has an industrial gray powder coat finish to resist chipping and corrosion. The assembled cabinet measures 24 x 30 x 11 inches (H x W x D). Edsal WC1 Industrial Gray Steel Tool Cabinet/Work Center, 24" Height x 30" Width x 11" Depth Review

I purchased two of these based on the seller's description. I've unboxed and mounted one. This is not a good product. If I had seen these in a store I would not have purchased them.

1. The steel looks nice but is very thin and flimsy. I measured less than .03 inches in thickness, perhaps 22 or 23 gauge? This makes the entire cabinet flexible causing it to buckle when mounted. The doors are easily warped and will then not close properly. They can, however, be warped back into shape with very little force since the steel is so thin.

2. The hinges are horrible. They are pins which are evidently not sized or perhaps not installed properly. When assembled at the factory someone took a grinder to the hinge pins to make them small enough to fit into the mating part. Besides resulting in very rough, misshapen hinge pins, the grinding is sloppy and some of the cabinet is ground away. It will probably rust. The hinges are also not mounted in proper alignment causing one door to bind, preventing it from opening all the way.

3. The steel is so flimsy the pegboard back buckled easily when mounted preventing the included pegboard hooks from entering the holes without forcing shims behind the cabinet.

4. The included pegboard hooks are not the proper size for the holes and are a very sloppy fit. They would be quite annoying and difficult to use effectively for tools. The holes are not sized to fit standard pegboard hardware so I am stuck with a practically useless pegboard.

5. The included screws for mounting the front hardware were too big to fit in the holes. I had to enlarge the holes with a drill bit.

6. The cabinet is so flimsy I cannot imagine putting anything heavy on the shelves in the doors. I had hoped to use it for miscellaneous supplies for my welding room but I don't think it will hold up.

To salvage what I can, I will have to modify these cabinets extensively, perhaps by grinding off and welding on new hinges and definitely by modifying the primary tool-hanging space inside the cabinet. I plan on fitting sections of plywood over the flimsy pegboard inside the cabinet. I will add shelves or mount tools on screws or hooks fastened to the plywood. Perhaps I will even cut out the back and replace it entirely with plywood - that would probably make the entire cabinet stronger. I may try to reinforce the doors by welding on reinforcement. It probably would have been easier to just build a cabinet with sheet steel from scratch.

I recommend not buying this cabinet for anything but very light and occasional use and even then only if much cheaper. And lucky me, I have another unopened in the box!
