Installed these speakers in my 22' WA boat. They replaced some old Sony speakers that I had as part of a marine stereo package, which were no longer functional. Before buying the Fusion speakers, I purchased a pair of Pyle 250W coaxial speakers. The Pyle speakers sounded terrible, so I promptly returned them (I guess you get what pay for - they were only $37 for the pair) The Fusion FR602's are a different story - they sound GREAT at all all volume levels - no comparison to either the old Sony or cheap Pyle speakers. I highly recommend these speakers to anyone who doesn't mind paying a little extra for great quality sound. Incidently, the Fusions weigh about twice as much as the cheaper speakers due to the large electromagnets used to drive the voice coils.
